Faltschen ski lodge

The Faltschen ski lodge with its beautiful panorama terrace is always open from the start of December until Easter. If the Swiss flag is flying, then the bar in the Aeschi-Allmend is open. And it’s not only the regulars that know this nowadays. Your hostess at 1,132 metres above sea level is Barbara Durtschi. She actually lives in  Aeschiried, and has been the hostess high above Lake Thun for the last two year. Her guests: winter hikers, skiers and snowboarders and tobogganists.

She offers a new, home-made soup every day. You will also find sausages and potato salad on the menu. A reservation is necessary if you want to stay in the ski lodge overnight, and those who would like to stay a little longer in the evening with their colleagues (groups) can book a fondue evening.
